WATER AEROBICS INSTRUCTOR

Description: Must choreograph and instruct various types of group ex classes.  Candidate must have the ability to plan and teach safe classes in a logical progression to the appropriate skill and fitness level of the participants.  Must exhibit team player, results attitude while maintaining member confidentiality, class participation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: One year experience and current certification by a nationally recognized fitness organization (i.e. ACE, ACSM, AFAA, etc.); or 2-3 years experience in a group exercise environment and agree to obtain proper certification within 60 days of date of hire.  Must possess excellent communication skills, attend all Group Ex meetings, and be available to substitute  for related group classes.  Punctuality, reliability and willingness to help members strive for fitness goals are necessary.
