Aerobics/Pilates Instructors

Description: Lead aerobics classes as assigned
Answer questions of aerobic class participants
Greet EVERYONE who comes to your aerobics class
Pick up aerobic floor after your class if necessary
Report stereo problems to the aerobics supervisor
Supply and maintain recorded music for classes as needed
Perform unspecified work as assigned within the time available
Abide by all guidelines in the PLC employee handbook
Attend all staff meetings and required training sessions

Requirements: Ability to motivate aerobic movement
Ability to recognize signs of overexertion
Good memory of names and faces
Ability to relate well to many types of people
Ability to relate to a group as well as to individuals
Knowledge of exercise physiology and ACSM guidelines
