Pool/Aquatics Director

Description: Private country club in Westchester County seeks an experienced Pool Director to join our team and lead our swim program.

Requirements: Candidate must be current in CPO, Water Safety Instructor, First Aid/CPR and lifeguard certificates; have min. 5 years experience; must posess an outstanding character and integrity.
Job tasks included but are not limited to:
Hires, trains and supervises aquatic staff; maintains proper chemical balance in pools; maintains mechanical/pool equipment; develops annual operating and staffing budget; maintains and keeps all necessary records concerning pool attendance, pool chemicals, accident report, lifeguard and instructor schedules, time cards, etc.; plans and directs pool events, works closely with Children's Committee; ensures the pool operation is running according to NY Health Department standards.
